This Privacy Policy governs your use of the mobile applications CFA Level 1 Journey and CFA Level 2 Journey (the "Applications"), created as indie game projects for mobile platforms. The Applications are gamified study utility designed to help users prepare for professional financial exams using active recall loops and satirical career progression tracking.

1. Information Collection and Use

Personal Data

The Applications do not explicitly require, request, or collect any personally identifiable information (such as your legal name, physical address, email address, or phone number).

Game State and Progress Data

All data related to your question mastery levels, unlocked regions, career ranks, and performance metrics inside the RecallEngine architecture are stored locally on your device (or via your platform's native cloud backup service, such as Apple iCloud or Google Play Cloud Save). We do not operate external database pipelines to harvest or monitor your specific study metrics.

Third-Party Services & Analytics

To optimize stability, monitor execution errors, and facilitate monetization loops, the Applications may utilize standard third-party SDKs. These networks may process anonymous hardware identifiers:

Unity Services / Game Engine: To handle local game configurations and rendering optimizations.
Apple App Store / Google Play Commerce Kits: To securely process premium narrative passes or tier shortcut transactions. These financial transactions are handled entirely by the store platforms; we never see or store your payment details.

2. Children's Privacy

The Applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will take immediate steps to purge the information from any temporary log states.
