• UI, Pinyin, or Character Glitches: Mandarin Explorer uses high-quality custom font assets to display simplified/traditional characters and Pinyin cleanly. If you experience overlapping text boxes, ensure your mobile operating system is updated to its latest stable build.
• Audio or Pronunciation Issues: Mandarin Explorer utilizes high-quality native audio clips for pronunciation practice. If clip audio fails to play, make sure your device is not flipped to silent/vibrate mode and that your system volume is turned up.
• Progress Syncing: Because Mandarin Explorer runs 100% offline to protect your privacy, your progress is saved locally. If you delete and reinstall the app, your local progress states will reset.
